Warm-up: Row 500 meters

WOD: Row 1000 meters
Then three rounds of 21-15-9 reps of:

Ab-mat sit-ups
Back extensions

Post-WOD: OHS practice

Quick workout. Difficult to push at full-speed for 1000 meters; very similar to 800 meters on track. Good warm-up for tomorrow "Lumberjack" workout.
